Richard de Montfichet

Richard de Montfichet (or Richard de Munfichet) (died 1267) was a Magna Carta surety.[1] He was a landowner in Essex.[2]

His father was another Richard de Montfichet (died 1203/4) whose maternal grandfather was Richard de Luci. His daughter Avelina married William de Forz, 3rd Earl of Albemarle.
